Final

Print out your perspective views on a 18x24 page, filling it.  
-Then use that to make a rendering of the studio area.  You can use different mediums if you wish.  Pen, marker, color pencil, and even watercolor are all good.  
-I would expect there to be color.  Present it as if you were going to present it to a customer.  --Make it look cool - I know that's vague - and professional.  Use reference from other artists like those below.  
- Include a person to show the scale.
